Mr. Subhrangsu Panda ... for the appellant Mr. Tapash Kumar Bhattacharya ... for the respondent no. 2 This appeal was filed against the interlocutory order of the learned Single Judge dated 19th April, 2022 in CPAN No.930 of 2018 in WPA 10237 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out that subsequently with the intervention of the learned Advocate General the matter has now been settled. He has produced a copy of the order dated 18th May, 2022 passed in CPAN No.930 of 2018.

This aspect is not disputed by learned counsel for the respondents, who has also categorically stated that the matter is now settled.

Hence, we dispose of this appeal taking on record the subsequent order dated 18th May, 2022 passed in CPAN No.930 of 2018.

All other connected applications are also disposed of.
