Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is an arrear of Rs.1,10,200/- .

Learned Magistrate would assess the same and arrive at a finding of correctness regarding the quantum. Petitioner is directed to clear the arrears by paying 50% of the amount by 30th April, 2024 and another 50% of the amount by 31st May, 2024 before the learned Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore in connection with Execution Case No.503 of 2018. In case the petitioner deposits 50% of the amount, the learned Magistrate would stay the execution of the warrant of arrest and keep the same in abeyance till 31st May, 2024. Learned Magistrate will revive the warrant of arrest on 1st June, 2024 if rest of the 50% of the amount of arrears is not cleared. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1312 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
