The petitioner remains un-represented for the second consecutive day.

On 18th November, 2022 when the matter was taken up, no one appears appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

On behalf of Howrah Zilla Parishad on 18th November, 2022, a report showing compliance of the order passed by this Court had been submitted. Today, an affidavit has been filed by the District Engineer, Howrah Zilla Parishad. The said affidavit is retained with the record.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

The petitioner also appears to be no more interested to prosecute the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of however without any order as to costs.
