I have perused the case diary and also the report. The case has been fixed for commitment by the learned Magistrate on 05.08.2023. Having regard to the stage of the case and the materials appearing in the case diary, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this stage. The petitioner would be at liberty to canvass such points at the stage of consideration of charges and in the course of trial. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1090 of 2021 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
