Learned advocate for the State submits that the police authorities had taken steps by drawing up a proceeding under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS.

Since substantial time has passed, if the petitioner is still aggrieved in respect of any act and actions of the police authorities, a fresh representation be submitted before the Officer-in-charge of Jibantala Police Station who will consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA
