Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of directions passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Howrah directing that no disturbance be created in free egress and ingress of the present petitioner, the private respondents are pursuing their illegal act and actions, thereby violating and breaching the order passed by the learned civil court.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

K.J. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader along with Ms. Mohuya Dutta Biswas, learned advocates, are directed to represent the State. Their appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the fact that the petitioner intends to get the order of the learned Civil Judge implemented, I direct that the petitioner would approach the learned civil court for necessary directions upon the police authorities by way of taking out an appropriate application. In case specific directions are passed upon the police authorities, they would respect, obey and implement the order passed by the civil court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8938 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
