1. The instant matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since some typographical errors occurred in the order dated 01.09.2025 as passed in WPA 8301 of 2025 and WPA 8307 of 2025.

2. In paragraph eight of the said order dated 01.09.2025 in the sixth line from the top after the words 'said Act of', the figure "1946" be deleted and in its place the figure "1956" be inserted.

3. Similarly, in paragraph nine of the self-same order in the second line the figure "07.12.2025" be deleted and in its place the figure "07.12.2015" be inserted.

4. Similarly, in paragraph twelve of the self-same order in the fourth line the following be deleted: - "Act xxx of 2013" and in its place the following be inserted: - "the said Act of 1956".

5. Similarly, in paragraph twelve of the self-same order in the sixth line from the top the following be deleted: - "xxx of 2013" and its place the following be inserted: - "of 1956".

6. In paragraph nineteen of the self-same order in the seventh line the following be deleted: - "xxx of 2013" and in its place the following be inserted: - "of 1956".

7. Similarly, in paragraph twenty of the self-same order in the last but two lines the following be deleted "Act xxx of 2013" and in its place the following be inserted: - "said Act of 1956".

8. Necessary corrections in this regard are made by me in Court today.

9. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 01.09.2025.
