The writ petitioner complains that the private respondent is not paying maintenance as ordered by this Court on 16.11.2022 in WPA No. 17921 of 2022. 3.

The writ petition has been dismissed for default on 16.01.2023. Interim orders have been vacated. 4.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner may seek maintenance, inter alia, under Section 125 of the Cr. P. C. and under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 from the respondent/son.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
