Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate for the petitioner is present.

Record of this revisional application reflects that on 29th February, 2012 the learned Judge, Special Court no.2, Calcutta in connection with Special Case No. 2 of 1991(Spl. Case No. 28 of 2008) was pleased to reject the prayer for discharge.

Being aggrieved, the petitioner approached this court. Record of this revisional application also reflects that the same has not been admitted till date for consideration. No information has been furnished before this court regarding the present status of the case after 9 years.

Having regard to the fact that any interference may prejudice at this belated stage as the petitioner approached this court at the stage of the consideration of charge, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this court at this belated stage.

Further Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate for the petitioner submits on instruction that he has information that the petitioner in the meantime has expired In view of such submission, the learned special court would take necessary steps. However so far as the present petitioner before this court is concerned, I am of the view that the same do not warrant any consideration on merit. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1173 of 2012 is disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
