1. The petitioners seek for a direction to take immediate steps to implement the scheme according to survey already conducted and to commence the reexcavation work of "Soadighi Khal" from its original point of Narayan Pukuria upto river Rupnarayan for a length 20.05 KM under Block Panskura, Kolaghat and area covering Sahid Matangini, P.S.- Panskura, Kolaghat and Tamluk, Ditrict-Purba Medinipur.

2. In this regard, a representation has been submitted to the authorities dated 15.3.2025.

3. It is seen that without even waiting for a reasonable time on 8.4.2025 the writ petition was filed.

4. Therefore, there will be a direction to the petitioners to appear in person in the office of the SubDivisional Officer/3rd respondent and submit a fresh representation enclosing the copy of the earlier representation dated 15.3.2025. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent shall consider the

representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and send the copy of the order to the petitioner by registered post.

5. With the above observations, the matter is disposed of.
