The revisional application has been filed challenging an order dated March 18, 2024 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court at Sealdah, South 24Parganas, in Matrimonial Suit No.138 of 2021. By the order impugned, the learned court rejected the amendment application on the ground that there appeared to be insertion of corrections which was not permitted. A supplementary affidavit to rectify the defects was refused. The revisional application is disposed of without any interference with the order impugned, but liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a composite amendment application with proper pleadings. The said application shall be filed within a week

from date. Objection if any within three days from receipt thereof.

The said application should be considered independently, without being influenced by the earlier order by the learned court, and also taking into consideration that this amendment application has been filed at a pre-trial stage. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
