The present application has been preferred by the petitioner no.1 in CRM 5211 of 2020.

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

It appears from the documents annexed to the present application that the petitioner no.1/applicant has complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 17th August, 2020. Upon completion of investigation charge sheet has also been submitted.

In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 17th August, 2020 to the effect that 'the petitioner no.1 while on bail shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders', is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

The application, being CRAN 2 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
