The petitioner's grievance is that she prayed for transfer on special ground as because her husband is a physically handicapped person and unless she is allowed to take care of him, her husband would immensely be neglected. She filed one application for transfer on special ground on 8th March, 2021 along with an application Form duly filled up for general transfer with the 'no objection' from the concerned school, which appears from page 26 of the writ application, but till date he has not been informed anything as to transfer.

I direct the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal, the respondent no.2 to look into the matter and to take a decision within a period of four months from date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the decision to the

petitioner within a period of two weeks after the said four month period.

With this direction, this writ application is disposed of.
