In the first paragraph of this petition, the petitioner has stated that he has never approached this Court on any earlier occasion praying for bail in connection with the instant case. This is a patently false statement as demonstrated by learned State advocate by referring to order dated 25-09-2020 passed in CRM 7014 of 2020 and order dated 18-12-2020 passed in CRM 10562 of 2020 whereby the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected twice by coordinate Benches of this Court.

The petitioner has indulged in sharp practice by trying to hood-wink the court. We are not inclined even to consider the petitioner's application for bail. The application for bail being CRM 3222 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
