Considering the facts and circumstances of this case there is no use of keeping this writ petition pending and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 8258 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Election Commission of the Co-operative Society to take steps for holding the election of the Society in question expeditiously but not within the period beyond six months.

Let the written instruction filed by Mr. Nayek is kept with record.
