3. In view of lapse of time, this petition for anticipatory bail must have become infructuous in the meantime.

4. Accordingly, the petition for anticipatory bail being CRM 5213 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous and for non-prosecution. If there is still apprehension in the mind of the petitioner, he is at liberty to file fresh application for anticipatory bail.
