Mr. Arijit Ganguly Md. Baisali Basu .....For the State The present revisional application was preferred challenging the F.I.R. and all subsequent proceedings arising out of G.R. Case No.351 of 2021 corresponding to Cossipore Police Station Case No.10 dated 09.02.2021. As none appeared on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily represents on behalf of the State is directed to represent the case on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. He is entitled to engage a junior of his choice. The stage at which the petitioner approached this Court was during the stage when the investigation was under progress. The subject-matter of the case relates to alleged offences under Sections 323/ 341/ 114 of the Indian Penal Code.

The documents on which the petitioner proposes for interference of this case relate to certain medical documents enclosed alongwith the revisional application. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the same cannot be a foundation of interference in a criminal proceeding by exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as such, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 1094 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
