From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that the service upon the defendant nos.10 and 11 is yet to be effected.

In view therefore, no direction for expeditious hearing can be passed at this stage as the suit is not ready by way of appearance.

For such reason, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner at this stage.

With such observation, C.O. 1273 of 2025 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
