CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 1189 of 2012 In the matter of : Shaikh Sajed ........Petitioner. In Re : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 14th February, 2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat in connection with C-1762 of 2011 under Section 104/135 of the Customs Act. Record reflects that the said order was passed refusing the petitioner for returning his passport.

In view of the fact that the order has been passed more than nine years ago, I am of the view that at this stage interference is uncalled for. The petitioner will be at liberty to take out an application, if there are any changed circumstances.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1189 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
