None appears on behalf of either of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 01.05.2023 and has been called on each day of working of this Court since that date. In spite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. Record reveals that petitioner no. 2 has died during pendency of the case. Though a substitution application has been preferred but no one is representing the petitioner no. 2 in the same. On perusing the grounds stated therein, those are found not sufficient to allow petitioners' prayer. Hence, the said application is dismissed. The case abates as regards the petitioner no. 2 is concerned. So far as the petitioner no.

1 is concerned, though has challenged order of the Executive Magistrate, Uttar Dinajpur at Raiganj in M.F. Case No. 114 of 2010, has not been able to bring on record sufficient and cogent grounds to proceed in this case. In consideration of that, the present revision case is dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 837 of 2015 is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
