The writ petition number appearing in the order dated 19th January, 2021 has been wrongly mentioned. The correct number should read as WPA 7216 of 2019 in place and instead of WPA 72160 of 2019.

The order dated 19th January, 2021 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.
