A copy of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 12th May, 2023 along with a copy of the settlement agreement effected before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre has been filed by the parties in this case today. Vide its order dated 12th May, 2023 the Hon'ble Court has been pleased to quash all proceedings as per the settlement agreement on the conditions as directed by the court in

its said order. The settlement agreement has been made part of the said order.

Accordingly, in view of the order dated 12th May, 2023 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the present revisions being CRR 1328 of 2020 and CRR 1097 of 2020 are disposed of as settled in terms of the order dated 12th May, 2023 of the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition(Criminal) No.3098 of 2022.

CRR 1328 of 2020 and CRR 1097 of 2020 are accordingly disposed of.
