State has submitted a report which reflects that at the relevant point of time, Tiljala PS Case No. 190 dated 10.04.2025 was registered for investigation.

Having regard to the steps taken by the police authorities, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8286 of 2025 is disposed of.
