Mr. Saibal Acharya Mr. Jakir Hossain .....For the Petitioners Sk. Md. Galib Ms. Subhra Nag .....For the State Affidavit-of-service filed in Court is taken on record. The prayer of the petitioners for approval of the Madrasah from Classes V to VIII with organizing staff is pending for consideration at the end of the Director of Madrasah Education. Repeated requests were made by the petitioners. No response has been given by the Director of Madrasah Education.

As it appears that the petitioner's prayer for approval of the Madrasah from Classes V to VIII with organizing staff is pending consideration at the end of Director of Madrasah Education, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider the prayer of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a

period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The said respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioners immediately thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim of the petitioners and all points are left open to be decided by the said respondent at the time of consideration of the representation of the petitioners.

The petitioners are directed to forward copy of the documents in support of their claim to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order passed by this Court.

Writ petition is disposed of.
