Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report forwarded by Officer-in-Charge, Golabari Police Station. The said report dated 04.03.2022 be kept on record.

The report reflects that charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with Golabari Police Station Case No.

of dated 19.08.2012 under Sections 363/365/366/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

I have perused the contentions advanced in this revisional application and also assessed the same in the background invoking the provisions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. On scrutiny of the records, I am of the opinion that the present is not a fit case for the reliefs as prayed for on behalf of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 998 of 2017 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
