In Re.: IA No.:CRAN 1 of 2021 On the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, IA No.:CRAN 1 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. In Re.: IA No.: CRAN 2 of 2021 In respect of IA No.:CRAN 2 of 2021, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, although, the Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, due to the non-cooperation of the learned members of the Bar of Tehatta Court, the petitioners are unable to comply with the conditions for grant of anticipatory bail.

State is represented.

Anticipatory bail was granted on October 1, 2021. In view of the claim of the petitioners, it would be appropriate to direct that "in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer".

The other conditions of the order dated October 1, 2021 will remain the same.

The time to pray for regular bail is extended for a period of four weeks from date.
