Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has filed the instant writ application for declaration of Section 9 of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribubal Act, 1997 as null and void. But now at this stage the petitioners do not intend to press the said prayer and prays before this Court for transferring the instant matter before the learned Tribunal for adjudication on the other reliefs as prayed for by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to challenge the order passed by the Tribunal dated 26.06.2001. Learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any objection.
Accordingly, W.P.A. 7588 of 2001 is disposed of by transferring the instant case to the learned Tribunal with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 26.06.2001.
The writ petition is disposed of.
