Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that despite grant of trade licence to the petitioners in October, 2022, the respondent No. 6 is causing hindrance in respect of the free entry and exit from the property.

WPA 6179 of 2020 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to enquire into the matter and ensure that the petitioners' unhindered passage to and from the property is preserved. The concerned respondents shall take appropriate steps within seven days from the date of communication of this order.
