By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondents/Customs Authority concerned to consider and dispose of his representation dated 28th March, 2023, being Annexure P-6 to the writ petition, for provisional release of the goods in question and other reliefs. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 8273 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondents/Customs Authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 28th March, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his
