The instant writ petition was filed without service of notice to the respondents. This Court directed the petitioner vide order dated 28th March, 2012 to come ready after effecting service. However, the petitioner failed to appear before this Court, though the matter was listed previously and on such dates the petitioner remained absent. Considering the conduct of the petitioner this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition and accordingly the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
