In view of the innocuous nature of the prayer made by the petitioners, no affidavits are directed to be exchanged.

The limited prayer of the petitioners is that the elections of the Co-operative Society-in-question, of which the petitioners are members, be completed expeditiously by the West Bengal Co-operative Election Commission.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA No. 7913 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2, that is, the West Bengal Cooperative Election Commission, Co-operation Directorate, to conclude the election proceedings of Tisha Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Limited, in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, positively within August 4, 2022.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
