The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application that the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the SIR Tribunal but till date the Tribunal has not disposed of the appeal preferred by the petitioners and prayed for a direction upon the learned Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners dated March 31, 2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

3. The writ petition being WPA 8689 of 2026 is disposed of by requesting the learned Tribunal to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioners dated March 31, 2026 as early as possible.
