1. Petitioner submits there was a dispute between stepbrothers. He was falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Incident occurred over the trifling issue of a goat entering the premises of the deceased. Thereafter a quarrel ensued. Petitioner assaulted the deceased and his family members. Family members also suffered injuries. Signed By :

4. In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
