Mr. Soujanya Bandyopadhyay, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in the second paragraph of page two of the order dated 04.01.2023 it is required to be recorded either to the petitioner or his authorised representative after the word in the third line "after giving him an opportunity of hearing".

I find that this is not at all a matter of correction. In the name of correction the petitioner has come for adding something which is not there in the order. I do not know what kind of advocacy is this. I impose costs of Rs. 1,000/- upon the learned advocate for the petitioner for making such submission in the name of

correction. The amount is to be paid to the High Court Legal Service Authority within a period of fifteen days from date.
