Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. In the instant case, the husband is the prime accused. He died. The petitioners not even related to the couple. They are merely neighbours. They have been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits as follows. The injured received severe injuries on head and face. She was in the ICU for some time. There was a scalp hematoma, among other things. As per the statement of the injured recorded before the learned Magistrate, it was the present petitioners who had given blows with brickbat and stone.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary against the present petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 1232 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
