The petitioner is claiming that she is the tenant under respondent no. 4. The petitioner is complaining that the respondent no. 4 is causing disturbance in enjoyment of her tenancy and she is praying the police assistance to protect her possession over the said tenancy.

The dispute is completely private in nature.

Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief as prayed for in the instant writ petition. WPA 6201 of 2020 is dismissed as not maintainable.

The connected application being CAN 4533 of 2020 is also disposed of accordingly.
