However, so far as the attendance of the petitioner is concerned, the same has been complied with by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the condition not to reside within the jurisdiction of Malda Police Station is kept unaltered. So far as the other conditions regarding meeting with the Inspector-incharge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders is concerned, the same is modified that the petitioner shall meet with the Inspector-in-charge of the concerned police station once in a month.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
