Shri Satyabrata Karmakar Mr. Sayan Dutta, Mr. Mousamjit Sarkar ...for the petitioner A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.76 of 2011, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, at Alipore, South 24 Parganas, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case. Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner adverting to order dated 06.06.2013, submits that till date, the required exercise, supposed to be made by the District Registrar, Alipore. pertaining to the registration of an unregistered agreement for sale, dated 28th April, 2010, upon ascertaining the required stamp duty and registration charges together with fine, if there be any, for impounding the aforesaid document, has not yet been completed, resulting in serious protraction to the trial of this case. No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, in Title Suit No.76 of 2011, is requested to ensure expeditious completion of the exercise, supposed to be made by the District Registrar, as disclosed in the order dated 06.06.2013, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and his learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
