Mrs. Monalisa Debal Pal Mr. Giasul Islam ... For the petitioner This revisional application is filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Miscellaneous (Act VIII) Case No.06 of 2022 pending before the learned District Judge, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it was filed on 1st September, 2022 and till date it has not been disposed of. On careful perusal of the copies of the orders of the Court, I find that after filing of the Miscellaneous Case on 1st September, 2022, the case was fixed on 3rd November, 2022 when opposite party entered appearance and next date was fixed on 21st December, 2022 for filing written objection. On 21st December, 2022, opposite party took time for filing written objection. On the next date, again opposite party filed one application for time to file written objection and that was allowed with a direction to file written objection on 22nd March, 2023, positively. On 22nd March, 2023, opposite party again filed one application for

time for filing written objection but that was rejected and fixed 2nd June, 2023 for ex parte hearing.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances at it appears from the copies of the orders, I find no merit in this revisional application to pass any order for expeditious disposal.

The revisional application stands dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
