The petitioners are three out of several accused persons. The petitioners say that the incident arose out of a trivial dispute between two groups. There was a free fight. They had no criminal intent.

We have seen the material in the Case Diary. The statements of witnesses prima facie implicate the petitioners as being the persons who caused bomb blast thereby, injuring several persons. From the injury report we find that the injuries of at least two of the victims are serious in nature. Investigation is in progress.

Keeping in mind the nature and gravity of the alleged offence and the prima facie incriminating material against the petitioners and since investigation is yet to be completed, we are

not inclined to entertain the petitioners' prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 3234 of 2021 is dismissed.
