2. Shri Ahmed, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks to withdraw this intra-court appeal with the liberty to file an appropriate application seeking recall/modification/annulment of impugned order dated 18th March, 2026, passed by learned Single Judge in WPA 5957 of 2026 allegedly without noticing and hearing the present appellant.

3. The other side has no objection to the innocuous prayer.

4. The intra-appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

5. With the dismissal of this appeal, connecting application being CAN 1 of 2026 is also dismissed.
