Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Learned advocate for the State submits that the police received two complaints, one from the petitioner and one from the private respondents. The complaint of the petitioner was investigated into and a charge sheet submitted. The complaint of the private respondents is under investigation. He submits that there are disputes between the private parties relating to an immovable property and that there is a civil suit pending between the private parties. The police also submitted a prosecution under section 107 of the Cr.P.C.

There is a civil suit pending between the private parties. There are disputes between the private parties which are civil in nature. The complaints received by the police were acted upon. The complaint of the petitioner resulted in a charge sheet. The

police taking action, as noted above, further interference by a writ court is not called for.

WPA 9353 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as costs.
