The petitioner joined in her service on 19th September, 2007. She was absent from her service from 25.01.2008 to 10.03.2008. She prays for payment of medical leave before this court by filing a writ application after 11 years. The petitioner submits that for last 11 years she has sent different representations. Learned advocate for the State submits that within one year of service medical leave is not allowed which is within the leave rules.

This argument is not countered by the learned advocate for the petitioner.

I do not find any merit in the writ application including the question of delay.

The writ application is dismissed.
