It appears that this Court was pleased to dismiss the aforesaid revisional application as the petitioner was not represented on the date of hearing.

Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the grounds shown in the application, the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.

The application being CRR 1640 of 2025 is restored in its original file with original number after setting aside the order of dismissal dated 02.07.2025.

CRAN/2/2026 in CRR/1640/2025 Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the

instant application with liberty to file afresh on the ground that initially he challenged the FIR but during pendency of the proceeding the FIR has already been culminated into a chargesheet and for which necessary documents are required to be incorporated with the application.

Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, the instant application being CRR 1640 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
