The petitioner's application for transfer on medical grounds due to illness of his wife has been kept pending by the school authority for unexplained reasons.

In that view of the matter, the School shall upon receipt of a copy of this order refer the matter to the BMOH of the area and obtain a suitable opinion. Upon receipt of the opinion from the concerned BMOH, appropriate recommendation based on such opinion, may be made to the D. I. of Schools(SE) in accordance with the 2015 Rules. The head of the Institution shall complete the aforesaid process within a period of ten days.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
