Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioners have challenged the impugned show-cause-notice dated 8th October, 2020 being Annexure-P-24 to the writ petition issued by the office of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence(DRI) without giving any reply to the same and against the said show-cause-notice petitioners have filed the writ petition almost after six months. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid impugned show-causenotice has been culminated into final adjudication order and against the same, the petitioners have already filed the appeal.

In view of this facts, at this stage there is no scope of interfering with the impugned show-cause-notice which is based on the Norms Committee's report in question. In view of the fact that the said show-causenotice has already been culminated into final

adjudication order and which is the subject matter before the Appellate Authority, this writ petition being WPA 9359 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar for the petitioners to raised all the points before the Appellate Authority concerned which have been raised in this writ petition.
