This revisional application has been filed with a Ct rup prayer for expeditious disposal of Original Suit No. 04 of 2011.

It is submitted that last witness i.e. PW-3 is being cross-examined by the opposite party for a considerable period on different grounds and the petitioner is a man of 69 years and suffering from various ailments. Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is, thus, dispensed with.

Learned Additional District Judge, 15th Court, Alipore/Judge-in-charge is requested to dispose of the Original Suit No. 04 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the suit. With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
