1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application for rejection of plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in Title Suit No. 1939 of 2018 before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Alipore, 24 Parganas (South).

2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the petitioner's application for

rejection of plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. With the above observations, CO. 1243 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
