For the State The present application has been made on two-fold grounds.

Firstly, in the order dated 07.08.2020 passed in CRM 5240 of 2020 the Court has been wrongly referred to as "Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Howrah" instead of the same it should be learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

Secondly, the amount and terms of the bond have been cause of concern for the petitioner for being released as the petitioner is still in custody and the order was passed on 7th August, 2020.

Accordingly we modify the terms of the bond - the petitioner shall furnish a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. Sofaras the other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered.

With the aforesaid observation, CRAN 2 of 2020 is disposed of.
