Mr. Jaharlal Ray, learned advocate for the petitioners appears before the Court but is not fully prepared with the case. Bilkish Begum/opposite party no.2 has not appeared before the Court. It is submitted by learned advocate for the petitioners that she has left her earlier place of residence. Unless the petitioners serve notice upon the opposite party no.2 no relief can be granted to the petitioners in this matter.
The revisional application was filed assailing order dated 25.11.2010 passed by Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur by taking cognizance of N.G.R. Case No.399 of 2010 and N.G.R. Case No.2155 of 2010.
Heard learned advocates for the parties.
Perused the impugned order and the copy of police reports. I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the order passed by the Learned Magistrate.
Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed. Interim order dated 14.06.2011 staying further proceedings of the two cases are also vacated.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur for information with a direction to expedite trial of the two cases and dispose of the same preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities. (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
